no!! i have tried all these things and it still doesn't work - i have tried exiting the browser and called / answered a few times when the phone has been switched off / on - really starting to hack me off now!! -

i think it happens when you turn the phone off and then back on. then the first call you get gives the three optiions. when this happens with me i choose answer and then things are back to normal.
