I think the K700's image quality is pretty good, and as most people have said, at the end of the day its no substitute for a digtical camera. The image quality is much better than the T610/30 as its VGA, however i did notice on the shots that i take that the close up/indoor shots we much better than outdoor shots.
Outdoor shots do tend to suffer a little from blurring at the edges and far off objects are a little out of focus, but on the plus side the images are sharp and the colours are pretty good. The key to best photos is light and plenty of it, the more light the better image the camera will take.

Outdoor photos are great, nothing to do with t610īs.
About indoor photos (in bars, discos), this weekend i experimented a bit...i came to the conclusion that the night mode creates even more noise than the normal mode, and plus you have the be carefull to prevent the bluring from slow shutter speed...i think for better indoor shots, the best thing is to get real close to the subjects and use the ligh + normal mode.
Other option is to use the video instead of making photos...
Editing the night images in the pc, i saw that the type noise with k700 is sometimes so weird, that i canīt get my noise remove programs to handle it like they do with my digital camera photos (Fuji s5000). It would be good if someone created a noise remover software specially for the k700...
