one thing you could suggest to your managers and designers please come up with a rugged splah proof phone like the siemens m65 or nokia 5140

no info on our databases about p1000 so check the net
as ive already said there is no uk upgrade if a service centre does upgrade your phone there either reinstalling old firmware or its cum from abroad and there have been issues of ppl phones freezing
