Well, just recieved a p910i replacement today as my old one was lost. There is a sticker on the bag (the plastic bag which keeps the phone) which it was very easy to open...>.Also, when i turned the phone on for the first time, there was no wizard...i checked the call time and other stuffs...looks ok.
The phone must have been used as the wizard was skipped, shall i bother to take it back and explain to CPW? Will they care?

If it was replaced on Orange care or another insurance, you might find it's a refurbished phone(Most, if not all, Orange care replacements are)! Check the small print in the T&Cs in your insurance policy...
