Yes it does, unles you have a vodafone branded (dont get me started on branding....gggrrrrrrr) then they ristrict mp3's as ringtones!

That's a big dissapointment to me (so p910 wins there) but I'm pretty sure it supports mp3 ringtones. the s700 only has a total memory limit of 163mb (P910 wins here again with over 1gb) I think you should also consider the nokia 6260, which is also full of features.

for S700, how come on ringtone it saids "40 voices" instead of "Polyphonic, MP3" like P910i if it's MP3 ringtone capable?
another question, for mp3 sound quality, which one is betteR?

40 voices refers to polyphonic 'midi' ringtones ( somebody correct me if i'm wrong ). That makes little or no difference ( my k700 has 40 voices and its cool enough ).
I think it should be advertised as 40 tones instead of voices !

S700i non-full screen issue on MPEG4 video playback might be a critical issue for me, as for watching the video, ain't you looking horizontaly? S700i screen = 240x320 (standard 4:3 ratio), whereas P910i has 208x320, is that why S700i ain't full screen becuz it exceeded 32 pixles?
