Some of us have other things to do than check the length of time one can record video for using a S700! At the risk of sounding rude, your statement is a bit ignorant really; I could equally ask to you, why don't you hurry up and buy one yourself and then you could find out yourself. If the price is too high for you then perhaps you could hurry up and save up enough money. If your nearest mobile shop is far away then you could hurry up and run to get there. Please also remember to hurry up and post your results.

I guess the bottom line is that those who want to know don't own the phone and those who own the phone can't be bothered to test it....... in other words it may well be unimportant after all

@701
Various people have replied to the chap and we have been testing this issue on our S700s, but we also have other things to do as well. There are other threads and other problems that people may be dealing with, this isn't the only one. In addition, to which people will no doubt have things to do offline. There is also the point that people come online at different times, it isn't always possible to post in reply to someone quickly.
You make a post demanding that those with a S700 should do something, who you are to demand that others do something I don't know, but you are perhaps unaware that demanding often doesn't get a good response from people. This thread was good spirited until you posted a completely unwarranted demand that those with a S700 should help another member, which we are in the process of doing.
My reply to you was hardly a 'flame', you will now if I flame you and you can take it from me that my last post in this thread was not a flame by any means. I pointed out that your demand had come across as ignorant and I included a spot of light heartedness as well (you may be unfamiliar with the little smilie I included). I have absolutely no wish to flame you or to argue with you in any way, but I do not take kindly to demands, nor do many others I imagine.
