I don't think SE will try to compete with Nokia in terms of quantity, but I do think they will outclass Nokia (once again) in terms of quality. Nokia has a lot of Symbian based devices on the market, but I don't think they will be able to seriously compete with SE UIQ3 devices, if SE continues to invest the same functionality and quality into their handsets as they have always done.

I agree with tonyericsson . Sony ericsson should have come up with UIQ in s700 . Everybody dont want a PDA . Today why nokia is alive why 6600 is a hit in market when it dose not even has mp3 or HID etc just because of third party software of symbian . There are so many UIQ applications and if SE comes out with a handset which has UIQ m sure it will be a hit . Still it really dosnt matters me if theses UIQ or no but i would buy the handset of SE which would have a UIQ and so i am lookin fwd to P910i This message was posted from a WAP device

Yep the S700i should of been Symbian so you could of had Opera and all them lovely applications. I hope its sooner than later that S.E has a keypad handset with Symbian. This message was posted from a K700i
