don't worry Masseur, i am taking out my fury at doing work over christmas on Esato
to try and put it simply: I hope this sony ericsson centre will provide a great resource of info and news for those that are not hardcore mobile phone forum members e.g. esatonians and that it will advertise sony ericsson's unique and innovative design concepts and advances in technology. I also hope that the phone trainers there, are of high knowledge, for it will prove useful for when getting in contact with
themselves and not some liverpudlian carphone warehouse represantive that has no idea what the word 'firmware' means

I can image they are probably going to the most expensive prices(compared to other sim-free dealers) as most Sony Centre equipment is.
The Sony Centre I've been in that sold
phones knew squat about them. Couldn't help me at all. Shame.

But remember, sony equipment is the best.
they will price match of course (already asked) and they will hopefully know more than diddly squat. I have used this sony centre many a time for finding me out info about sony products.
