Unlimited GPRS for $5 per month is heaven. That's a dream here in Nigeria seeing we have only one GPRS network. Only vibrant competition can produce that kind of tariff.

we don't have EDGE or UMTS here. EDGE will never come here.
there's also HSCSD here but not many people know that.

EDGE is here now but i didn't tried it, the most i use is GPRS.
Here in Venezuela there isn't much phones with EDGE yet.

What I really want is an unlimited monthly GPRS plan, just like what Airtel India offers. Per-kb charging is good only for those who use GPRS very rarely.
