Just for info I dropped in to collect my next p910i at CPW, and had a nightmare, CPW are happy to swap it but need an authorisation code as Orange need to match sim to IMEI number or something with my number, they said CPW should supply the code, CPW saidOrange needed to sort it and we ended up going round in circles. They reckon its because its out of the 28 day exchange period, but this the second phone I've had under that warranty so surely the 28 should start again with the new phone. As I understood it there are two separate contracts in law going on here, one for the airtime contract and one for the phone. My airtime contract is with Orange and the sale of goods part ie the phone is with CPW. Therefore if the phone is faulty its down to CPW and the 28day rule has nothing to do with it!! Any ideas?

Finally got it sorted, CPW were excellent and were happy to change the phone, so got onto their head office and sorted that, then all which was needed was sorting Orange!! Which took a little longer. Oddly enough, in my experience Orange have always been good. Anyway, new p910i and it appears to be fine!! Job done!
