Hey!
I can't get it working!!
I've got a DSS-25, tried port #2 #3 #8 and #9 and none of those work!
I've even tried to do this on another laptop installing dss-25 and the se client but still no luck! I would have think it's the dss-25 which is faulty but though it says it can't be upgraded through SEUS, it does find and reboot the phone anyway...
Any suggestions?
It's been over a month that I've been waiting for this and still no luck!! Starting to get crazy now....

Thanks. While doing this, I noticed that the bits per second is only set to 9600. Can I bump it up to 115200, or should I set the davinci program to only 9600?
Also, I'm trying to do the "read cid" thing to check how my connection was working, and it says "power on phone", and do and then it just starts beeping, not doing anything. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem that mjgunn and others. I contacted GsMen (DaVinci ! Thank you, you are really nice !) and we've found after a lot of tests the solution ! I've made a small patch to correct the problem, and DaVinci remote Unlocker will work great with your DSS-25 !
You just need to unzip the file and to execute install.bat. BE SURE TO DISCONNECT YOUR DSS-25 SYNC STATION BEFORE LAUNCHING INSTALL.BAT, OR IT WON'T WORK !

Hi, it would be nice if u could make a test button that tests the connection to the phone that u can use BEFORE you buy a credit. Then people know their connection is ok before they buy a credit.
Would this be possible?

I tried that, didnt work. It tried logging in.
EDIT:
I tried again, it works when the DSS-25 checkbox is clear, when the DSS-25 box is checked it wants to log in. Maybe the test doesnt work on DSS-25 yet.
