As you can expect, as phone software/firmware continues to become more complex, it is inevitable that more bugs are going to appear. But why complain when we now have so many awesome features on phones we could have only dreamed of a decade ago. I'm quite satisfied :-D This message was posted from a K500

Yup, I agree. It's much like any gadgets or appliances would buy out there - the more features, the more potential for problems. But right now I'm quite happy with my phone and service.

My current Motorola has had so many faults in the last few months that I can't bear to use it anymore. Freezing up, rebooting, corrupted files... I am happily using my t300 but I want the BT and the MP3 functions - it's not good enough! Manufacturers must find away of making these features available properly, or not including them. My Apple laptop never freezes or crashes. I wish they would make a phone!
