I used to had P800, why im change my phone to K700i ??
Because it not bulky, a simpler menu and nice design, and because the P800 have a bug too on sms

hi im about to buy a new phone but don't know which one i should get. im thinking of either a k700 or p800. i just want something that can play mp3's and movies. and thats not expensive.

what do you guys think?
Think very hard job to choose one. I have a P900 and I m happy with it.I would buy smart but P800 is a little old model.

Big question is girly, do you want girly things or do you use your phone as a phone? LOL!!

Personally speaking to my God daughter about "girly" phones she want ringtones, camera, pictures etc!! Therefore go for the K700!!!
If you want PDA, etc go for a P910!
If you want a phone, cheap, small and discreet, go on ebay and buy a SE T28!!

I'd get the K700i.

If I was to get a SE PDA type phone it would be the P900 or P910.

'Bulky' fones are a thing of the past (except for the Nokia 9500 of course!) Go for the K700i mate!

The killer for the K700 is its ability to work as a phone in marginal reception conditions (excellent RF performance here on Voda UK), that's aside from its good audio, good screen, 41MB of internal memory, fair camera & one of the best UIs out there.

It's well made, feels solid & is a lot smaller than the V800 or S700. Video quality isn't bad & the camera shortcuts are very useful. I get around 3 days from the battery - acceptable for a phone with such a large display IMO but still needs to be better.

Don't leave your decision too long - phones have a short life in the limelight these days & both will probably be replaced within a few months. IMO, the best thing about the V800 is its 6 photo LEDs & not its looks - I don't know anything about its standby time.

Doh!
Thought your where thinking of the V800! Well, comparing the P800 with the K700 is a lot easier - the P800 is an out-of-date brick Go for the K700 - also less plastic looking IMO.
