Sometimes 2 timeslots get connected by accident (this is rare though) this occurs when the network is extremely overloaded.
So this cross talk occurs when u have that scenario. You wuill never be able to hear both subscribers conversation since its constantly changing timeslots/frequency on the other end.
Even if you do, that implies something seriously wrong with the configuration of the switch and base station. If you experience this you should report it immediately to the network and try and determine who the network planner is for your area so that u can give him/her feedback.
As usual i hope its all clear as mud. I could go deeper but it get really technical and i don't wanna give out all the secrets!
