Isn't it true that Nokia has made the most of the Symbian platform? This message was posted from a T230

Where did you get that?
Or are you just teasing and expecting for others to back up that statement?

The latter presumably, being that the statement is very subjective.

Nokia has done what Nokia does, with Symbian, and mass-marketed it.

And have done what they do, and provided top-end best-in-class devices like the P-series.

Depends which of the two floats your boat

Thats simple. The largest selling symbian phones are made by Nokia. And They're good too. This message was posted from a T230

I understand "Nokia made the most of Symbian" as in Nokia was the most responsible for the technical development of Symbian...

Or that wasn't what you meant?

What i'm saying is- There also exists the middle end user who would like to see a sensibly priced, smartphone which can satisfy his needs. So far, that hasn't come from SE. It's unfortunate for people like me that SE has not chose to bring out such a smartphone. I'm not alone who would like such a phone. There is a huge market for middle end smartphones with which Nokia has capitalised on. In short, there isn't a SE phone in my budget which can do what i want it to do. :-( This message was posted from a T230

@whizkidd
Whooooaaaaa! Go slow mate!
I can't keep up with your reasoning...

First we were talking about who made symbian, and now you're telling what SE should do and what phone you would like...

I think there are already enough threads and posts about that.

I 2 would like a low 2 mid-range symbian smartfone! Nokia makes the n-gage qd, but i still like Ericsson menus, simple direct & well precise. Dont make it clamshell. More apps need 2b made? How many r there? Considering the6630, but hoping Se makes 1 with Edge.
