k4m. u got a point there. i too thimk we cant unbranb at home...but do u think the ser cntr can do it?

That logo appears when u have 10 posts or more and gets clearer when you have more posts. Follow the 'help' link at the top of the page
You can change the logo by editing your preferences

well guys lets cut the Star Plus soap opera short..!
There are only three ways Dr..to get your K 700 unbranded in India...
1) Take it to the SE center and ask them to de-brand it..Or lets says Re-Flash the phone BIOS to unbranded one..Then upgrade to R2AE Firmware..This the Legal way, but SE center thats Either Salora or Accel might refuse to do the job as its not purchased in India..! You might have to talk to them differntly or Underhand work...Its possible I bought a Keypad off-shelf from Salora...!
2) In delhi we can get the phone flashed and upgraded from Gaffar Market..where they upgrade software for under 500 Rupees..Although the phone will be de-branded chances are slim that you will find the latest Firmware...! I'm sure there might be cellular repair center in your nearby Major towns such as Chennai or Trivandrum/hyderabad/bangalore that might do the job..! + These Cell repair guys know a lot of people in SE center who might do the job directly...
3) Go find the Nearest "First Mobile India" center and tell to de-brand the phone they will do it..There are one of the only corporate companies in india specializing in Repair and Distributor ship of Mobile Phone...Worth the try...

Well Dr..since its an orange branded K 700...You would'nt be able to expierence some of the features which unbranded phones offer...The sooner you get rid of Oranges OS..the sooner you will fall in love again..That is with a K 700 i obviously...lol
