I have had memory sticks pop out of all the Pxxx series when mucking around with them( the phones not the sticks), I have also had the misfortune of feeling my p910 drop from my belt when getting out of the car a couple of times and the odd bounce down the stairs.(not on purpose) when the holster hasn't been clipped on properly. touch wood it still worked every time but still got a gut dropping feeling when I heard it hit the concrete.

I take out my MSD very often (1 or twice a day) allways with my phone on and never had any problems (exept with magic profiles and frontview but just sometimes)

It's hot swappable.. but of cos, never/try not to do it while reading/writing to it...
