Whlst I am in a ripping mood, here's a joke

A man walks in his bedroom with a sheep under his arm. His wife is in bed reading a book.

This doesnt surprise me from Vodacrap. They tryed messing me about ages ago but I put them right and told them I dont get this kind of crap with o2 and infact I get a better deal with o2 so youve lost another customer you usless C**TS and hung up happy as larry and stayed with o2 ever since:-) o2 on-line im sure would do you a much better deal than vodacrap could ever offer. its not the person @ the end of the phones fault, its the idiots all the way above him that make the rules!
by all means be assertive and strong, but dont blame the poor guy for everything from your cat dying 10 years ago to the war in iraq!!

its not the person on the end of the phone that is at fault its usually the person who is supposed to be a manager and know better and have some sort of customer relation training which very rarely happens

well these things happen, it's sad, but it does not happen often or everywhere at vodafone. Here in the Netherlands Vodafone has the best customerservice 3 years in a row now. But here sometines unpleasand things happen. You get up, you don't feel fine, but you go to work (because you don't want to loose your job) and you get yelled at customes for apperantly no reason, just because they are in a bad mood. Like yesterday I had a customer on the phone who has to pay € 80 for data. He was really mad and no way he was going to pay for that. He wanted to know what that € 80 was for. I will quote the customer: Data? I don't know what data is. Vodafone live? No idea what you are taling about. Internet? I have no idea how to use internet. Content? No you are mistaken, I don't know how to download games and ringtones. My phone can't connect to vlive and I don't play games (he's using a V800).

This way the customer tried to get me to credit the € 80. I started cursing and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I said he just has to pay it. I said have a nice day and I hung op the phone. He called again after it and he said he got very bad treated by someone from the callcentre (me) and he got to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said he will be barred if he doesn't pay and send a complaint letter.
