I dont own a mac never have.but how can you say there garbage? Give me some reason that there garbage as i know there pretty solid computers . And i dont want this going off topic So disregard my last ? Can someone tell me the specs on the blue gene . This message was posted from a T610

maddav: you can run most of the window variants on all manner of cpu's.. but the lower you go the longer you wait.

I remember setting up win2k adv server on a single cpu celeron 500 once.. wasn't pretty but it ran.

well,there is intel cpu's clocked at 3.6ghz (p4 560 and 660 and a xeon) and 3.8ghz in stock without any overclocking.
and i think any cpu's above 3ghz can be comfortably o/c to 3.6ghz.
