if the phone keeps freezin, is it worth while to send it back for a replacement? or do you think i should hold on to it, untill a new filmwear is released? Since Ihave ordered the phone should be arriving on friday. What is everyone else doing? Just ignoring the screen freeze, or restarting problem?? I mean people have reported having the problem happen twice or 3 times. does it stop,? or is it happening on a daily basis since you got the phone? regarding all problems that have been reported?

well mine only restarts when sending pictures to my brothers 6630 however it works perfect on anyother fone ive tried (9300 p910i, k700i, 7710, ngage etc)

Whether your phone freezes or not is irrelevant to what operator you are with - it is to do with the firmware on your phone. As with most new phones, there are likely to be teething problems with the initially released firmware. If you are having lots of problems then you should return your phone to the supplier, if you are just having a few then it's best to wait for a new firmware release.

I bought my phone from the o2 shop yesterday. For some reason when switching it off it shows an o2 brand thing. Even though its suppose to be sim-free.
The back battery case has messed up on mine.
I went to see if they had charged the battery for me so i put the battery in. Closed the battery case. Yep it had about 75% worth of battery in. When i went to take it out... the case wouldnt come off. I attempted for 5 hours... hadn't moved a bit. My hands are sore, my thumbs are soo sore that yesterday they started bleeding from all the attempts.
My bro's taken in it back to o2 and im just waiting for his arrival. I really hope hes got another k750 and if he has, then i wont make the mistake of not puttin my sim in.

Strange, I have had my O2 K750i for about 10 days now and it hasn't crashed once. Other than the low volume on the phone earpiece (which seems to be the case on all of them) I can't think of one problem I have had.

no freezes as yet but my joystick shortcuts have a habit of resetting themselves randomly and ive had
issues with PC Suite.
Like a few people have said, errors are likely down to the firmware rather than the operator.
