same problem here with HS850 and a "unbranded" portabile handsfree set in my car.
It has worked for me one time only... then 10 seconds of silence and switch back to phone.
if I try to transfer the call manually it says that couldn't be done...
I've tried with ALL firmware versions..

I've found the problem.
The headset connects to the phone before necessary, so, the phone thinks that the bluetooth channel is busy.
if you make a call with headset close, then you open the headset during dialing, it works correctly.
same thing if you open the headset after getting an incoming call.
with Z600 or T630, the bluetooth connection remain closed until the call is initiated (also if the headset is open), and it works correctly.
if you disconnect manually the headset before placing a call, then, after the number is dialed, switch back the voice to headset, it works.
so, how can we set the phone to connect only when needed?

Guys - did anyone end up getting their K750i to work with the HF850?? I'm having the exact same issues as mentioned by others - the phone and handsfree unit pair up, but when a call is made there's no audio on either the handset or the handsfree, and when you try to transfer the audio to the handsfree it drops out saying that the Bluetooth Connection Failed...

Same issues with an Msi FT200 and a Plantronics 320 on a W800i with R1A008.
The Msi still has the same issue even after the update to R1BC002.

I'm getting the exact same problem with my Jabra JX10, but my Jabra BT250 works perfectly. Using firmware R1BC002.
