i'm a regular and I do the 3-2-1 as a final set.

Usually done for any excercise.

e.g.
benchpress
12 reps of 40kg
10 reps of 45kg
3-2-1 reps of 25kg

321 works in that you do 3 full motion reps, 3 high reps (you stop half way from the top) then 3 low reps (you stop half way from the bottom)

Helps to build rips and strength rather than size.

@miss c. Which courses did you do ? I've been working in the leisure/fitness industry for 17 years so far. Suprise's me the amount of crap people are told by unqualified 'experts' which can often do a lot more harm than good. This message was posted from a WAP device

What can you said to me about Creatine? I used it for about a month and at the 3 week i was felling a litle more strenght (i mean resistance), i stoped using it because i quit going to the gym to dedicate more time to school.

Im starting my training again the next month so, any info about creatine monohydrate?

Very true. Money can be bad with some companies. At the moment I'm running 4 sports and fitness center's for a local authority atm. Can be very stressful at times but the money certainly does make up for it

Oh and on the subject of using suppliments. I wouldn't recommend anyone under the age of 16 to be using them or using a large amount of weight (either on dumbells/barbells or multigym style machines) as it can produce deformities later on cos your bones/muscles etc are still growing.
Most respectable gyms will not allow under 16's to use any type of freeweight's at all and on multigym style equipment no more than the first 2 blocks on each piece of equipment.
For abdominal exercises you can't beat good old sit ups or an abdominal crunch machine. Forget those ab rollers.
For lower abs try leg raises and 1/2 leg raises. Mobility balls can also be useful for some supported abdominal techniques.

yeah. Started from 16 straight from school. Did work related study and collage for 2 days a week for 2 years. Also did lifeguarding and swimming teaching from 15 years old.
Reciently finished at Loughborough University with the ISRM doing sports and facility management.
Could list what I've done over the years but would take way too long

Will be 17 years on 23rd July this year.
