How can it be nonsense , do you want me to get them all to join here to tell you that they are not happy with the k750i , i have sold about 8 of them and 6 of them i have had to try and resell for them due to not being happy with it.
You might be happy and others too but people i have sold the phone to aren't so don't make comments stating nonsense matey. People like you really piss me off sometimes , if your happy well and good enjoy it but others aren't so happy. Not everyone is a freak.

I reckon TheWhizz_68 is right- if there are so many moans and groans about build quality it cant be discounted as nonsense . I reckon moaning about software glitches are normal for such a new handset.

He said he had 6 complains. I would call that few rather than many. However, none of us have any solid statistics. So its difficult to make any conclutions. All we know is that some are happy, others arn't. Pretty much what can be said about any phone.

Well here's my opinion, I have a k750 which is now a week old - Fantastic phone. I frankly don't think that Creaking is really that significant a problem... in fact it's only after i read threads here that i began to notice a creak on pressing the buttons, but it's seems so...normal... and in no way does that suggest that build quality is poor in any way.. it seems sturdy and the sliding lens cover seems elegant.. creaking is hardly noticeable unless u want a 100% creakless phone... and so far i contribute to the section of people who don't have any major bugs on their phones... it's a fast, easy, powerful phone with all the features i ever wanted in a phone..
I can be added to the "I am VERY happy with my phone" list.. and a firmware upgrade can only make things better...

I am sure this link has been posted before... K750i review...

The only area which the phone flexs is the gap between the battery and the outer shell... If there was no gap... you could not put the battery in??!!!

The phone is well made....it is a more matt finish then the S700i glossy finish... that may make it look like it is inferior materials.... but every manufacturer who make a product whether it is a car, phone or woolie hat, have to design and make their product suitable and build standards that are not set by them... they can exceed these....but never deliver a substandard product... that falls apart in your hand....

There seems alot of crying wolf over the phone.... it is a good product.... it is not made of metal... it is made of plastic.... and the comment on it is made like a plastic toy??? Are plastics for toys, phones and shampoo bottles that different?

I wasnt refering to your specific 6 unhappy customers, I have no reason to think you havent had 6 unhappy customers, but to the underlying implication that most K750 buyers in general were unhappy.

This is simply not true.

If this was a mis interpretation of your post, then sorry my bad.

It doesnt change my view however, that most people find the K750 to be a great phone, and dont think its a problem that the phone is not a brick. It also does not change my view that people are free to choose, and free to investigate before buying.

Just want to add that I'm also completely satisfied with my K750i. Maybe I'm lucky, but I've had no crashes and in fact my phone has been powered on with no resets since the day I bought it. Regarding creaking, I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. Mobile phones are made of plastic and have moving parts (buttons), therefore like any other similar type of device (remote controls etc), there's going to be some noise if you press the buttons or start squeezing and twisting the unit. For 99.9% of people this shouldn't cause them any problems at all. For the remainng 0.1%, well I've got no idea what to say to them....!

Forgot to say, someone earlier mentioned that they didn't think the K750i camera was any better than a 0.3mp Motorola cam. I think I'd have to advise any prospective purchasers to disregard that comment, as it's way off the mark. Have a look at some of the better examples on the photo thread, and you'll see what I mean.

As with any new purchase, do your homework first. If you don't like this phone, buy another one. Simple as that.

I just spent literally the past 10 minutes sitting here and pressing all the buttons on my phone and didn't hear a single creak. The only way that I could induce a creak was by applying a good amount of pressure while pressing the buttons. Plastics are made to be elastic for a reason. So just because it deforms when you apply pressure and makes a noise doesn't mean it's bad quality. I've been using my K750 for almost 2 weeks now and have had no software problems yet. This is my first SE phone and am definitely happy with it.
