check this out.. No need for Blackberry:
RoadSync is the first and only commercially available solution based on Microsoft’s Exchange ActiveSync technology to provide secure, direct, and wireless synchronization with Corporate Outlook Email, Attachments, Calendar and Contacts.
This new technology eliminates the need for additional middleware servers, desktop redirectors and service fees!!

There are a few shortcommings:
*Only works through MS Exchange Server - No Domino Support
*No real-time push e-mail (only scheduled)
*No Pop3 access (only corporate)
*No Pin-to-Pin messaging capabilities (walkie-talkie style email)
I posted something a while back about MS ActiveSync coming to Symbian OS. However, this delevoper has isolated this software to only one type of audience; those that work in a corporate environment where MS Exchange 2K3 is available. Duality and BB serves both MS Exchange and Domino platform. Moreover, they also cater to POP3 account users as well. The new Duality doesn't have a file limit with MS Exchange. BB's popularity means that there's a greater likelihood for support no matter where one goes. Although the above software looks promising I think it's too narrow in its target audience. Maybe more developers will look to exploit the possibilities with ActiveSync.

setting needs to be blackberry.net as per the earlier posts.
You also need to set up your addresses under your new account at mobileemail..etc
If you still have problems shout up as I went through hell and back sorting this out on voda and now happy to have it all working.

Have few questions:
Have Lotus Notes system on BES 2.2 for Notes.
Got it running on p910, but whenever I try a reply to all, it tells me that the email format is wrong and will not reply to all. This only works if I reply to one person at a time. That's one bug.
Also, whenever I do a search in the company directory via the contacts, if the BES server is busy..it times out and tells me contact not found. But when server is not over loaded it works fine. On a Blackberry this has a longer time out so when BEs is busy or reception is spotty this works fine. Theres another bug.
Has anyone found more of these bugs? Or do I need to try this with a BES 4? If I did, there is no "Enterprise Over The Air Activation" option...so it kin'da kills the whole reason to have BES 4 on the P910.
Well it was fun trying...
One more..battery..it kills it...cannot work an entire 6 am to 7 pm day...yes..standard hours..but you gotta count going to work and coming back home...
Already upgrade to the latest organizer and CDA.
Back to looking for the perfect solution Phone..this was the closest...C'mon Sony-E and Symbian don't make me go back to that nasty Microsoft PPC/SP OS.....please release that 1000 unit.

I would like to use my companies' BB service. Can the p910 just replace the BB 6230 that I would otherwise receive? Do I need to put the simcard of the 6230 into my (dual simcard holder of my) p910?
Will the p910 work with the BB server of my company? The IT people will not install any special software just for my sake.
Does anybody have any experience with using the p910 BB in a corporate environment?
