Nokia got lots of smartphones but none that can match the P-series. There isn't really that much u can do with a Nokia smartphone that u can't do with a K750.
series 60 (generations ago in phone lifespan) can play every single nintendo game with excellent framerate and perfect sound (not counting the hundreds of other applications out there) they can also play other video / audio formats if you have the software,
nokia use better hardware, faster processors in there phones,

don't get me wrong I love se but I've had a 630 then k700 then k750 and the phones keep going downhill in quality and stability, my 630 was way better built then my k700, and now when I put my k700 next to my k750 a tear comes to my eye as k700 is better in both design and build (plus I didn't have any crashes /bugs with it I never updated the firmware once)
se is losing fans and if it keeps things up like this then things are gonna get ugly,
and don't say that they are focusing on a specific range of customers if they want to stay in this business then they need to cover all tastes they should release phones for high mid and low end markets.
Sony Ericsson isn't a small group of people sitting in a garage somewhere making phones, it's a large corporate and has a huge share of the market alongside other companies like Nokia Motorolla , Samsung ..etc it should act like it.
p.s. all the upcoming se phones look ugly almost as ugly as nokia phones

That was some anger...honestly I don't have an emotional attachment to SE...only my last three phones have been from SE... I couldn't gone with Nokia but I've had problems trying to text from their phones...so I chose SE.

EDGE might not be important if your network provider only runs on regular GSM, but if your network provider has EDGE, it'll be a complete waste not to make use of it no? Sure, u can say there is 3G, but that's a diferent technology! If you're gonna use 3G, then you might as well not talk about GSM phones right? Just my 2 cents

SE is getting horrible, indeed...all the rave reviews k750 is getting are false lol...the fact that is being considered the best allround phone of 2005 so far is something of my imagination
You seem to ignore that a phone that can be bought by not much more than 300 euros, with plastic lens, produces photos with almost no difference to a high price phone like the n90 (test photos), that has glass lens from CZ. And that it has currently the best camera in the phone market. It even won the TIPA award - an award from Photography specialists, you know???
How do you expect k750 having the exact same build quality has k700 when it has MOVING PARTS????? It has a camera lens cover, for gods sake!!! The k700 don´t!!!
Ah, and most people i talked loved the design of new SE phones, like i do. The designs are great

U r correct..
ONLY W600 has EDGE implemented in it..

Some other disgraceful things of SE are:
1.the way they name their phones:
S600 after the S700?
W600 after the W800?
K600 after the K750?
Kind of reversing the timeline? Back to the future?
2.And there is no systematic order for the alphabets used..
Like 3G phones uses a certain alphabets, while GSM phones uses another set of alphabets..E.g: they used "K" for both GSM and 3G (their K750 and K600)
3.And why SE is so impatient to introduce another type of phone - V 600, since the K600 is still "coming soon" (i don't know how "soon" is defined as soon by SE)
4.Same as 3. goes to the K608 before the released of K600!
Wht is the mainpoint they do this kind of messy thingy?

Theyre named lower because of FEATURE WISE, not Release DATE WISE.
