I know i'm right, because i had a dead pixel on my screen, and it kept going blue and it was covered under warranty, under a DEAD pixel

If it's only 4 weeks old, isn't it still under warranty? take it back and demand a new one!!

it seems u guys know nothing of LCDs... a dead pixel is very common and in order for a manufacturer to replace it u need more than 2-3 dead pixels.
at least thats the case with computer displays. maybe with phones its a different case.. but i doubt it !!!

I bought my phone on internet auction, no warranty:(.
Damn another dead pixel. Now i got 2 of them:(. Looks like i need to get use to it.
