finally it worked...i tried with master reset, i tried recovery mode...nothing... a few hours agi tried normal update, without reset, and it was succesful.. very strange... or maybe SE repaired the update files

I had the same problem with me bluetooth and irda but now they are working just fine. All you have to do is to try a master reset settings for one or two times and the problem should be solved

I gave up too...

What I mean is I never heard of any PC configuration interfere with an update to a new f/w version from an old one...

Specially if it tells you the Phone is already up to date...

Now if nothing comes up and no matter what you do you cant get a software response even if all is installed as it should then that a whole new kettle of fish...

I tried more than 10 times according to the Reset All & Recovery method but still unsuccessful. Finally I fixed it by dyndragon's Davinci method, although it cost me Euro 10 for such a stupid bug, it is far better than wait a whole day in SE center.

I wonder why somebody can flash the new firmware without problem, seems it is not a PC or USB problem, also it is not a flasher software or java problem. May be it is caused by an improper previous update (when updated to R1L).

just tryed the master reset trick. Still buggers up when I try and copy mp3s. Copies the first 4 then the rest just disappear when you remove the phone from the usb cable as before. Even tryed a fresh install of the update service. So it diffently must be bug.

yes. i did a master reset twice. anyways, i've sorted my problem. now i'm able to recieve files from bt & ir. but the transfers from DCU-60 get dissappeared when accessing duo from phone.

Does anyone with a k750i have the hability to copy all contacts to the sim card or do you get an error message?

$ K750i noone can do that... O2 branded/locked.
