Hi guys,
I've contacted the french consumer/fraud organism, and have now been given a contact i need to get in touch with to further explain the p990 issue.
I'll need to explain where is the problem, and i think i'll go with :
- space key not working (the most obvious bug, anyone can understand it as a notable gripe)
- advertised features not delivered (voip/rds)
- no will from SE to make things work
What would you mention ? I'll be in contact with a non tech guy

I guess this is as official as it gets. It is an official response by SE so it's binding.
So lets make sure the wiki is as good as we can make it.

So was the original statement on the SE developers site wasn't it? so some one is wrong aren't they? and if you can't trust a statement from the head of a department who can you trust at SE obviously no one must be the answer to that.
Whilst if it is true that SE have been forced to change their position which obviously is a good thing just the fact they dared to think they could get away with this type of action in the first place is more than enough to destroy what little faith i had left in SE and i really can't see why any of you should of had to do so much to get what you were entitled to in the first place as it is your right not a privilege it's not like SE are doing you any favours. I certainly won't congratulate SE on doing the right thing eventually.
