What's the branding like on the VF handset?

Can you post any screen caps and firmware version?

Hmm i use my phone for about an hour or 2 hours of music, though with the supplied headset not a BT one, a day and speak for an hour each night, i recharge about every 2 or so days. for me it's no problem just to leave my phone plugged in while i shower or before i goto bed. i don't believe you'll have a problem.

as for transfer, i've transferred the max amount in a very quick time, i dunno how it might compare with a 4gb memory stick but so far i'm impressed with it.

Perfect, thanks a lot for that. Since the 4gb is non-expandable, I think I'll be moving files around regularly so hopefully it won't be a hassle.

Just got to get around to ordering one now as O2 retentions are out of stock.

the 4GB drive is a separate drive from the C:/ROM/RAM drive. anything on the 4GB drive is unaffected during a firmware update. u should backup your C: drive however before performing an update an restore it after the update.

@All, Please can we stop quoting in every post many visit Esato on mobile devices and it really slows thing up when loading. Also it is totally unnecessary 95% of the time use the @(name here) its much easier. Please just show some consideration for your fellow Esato users.

Hi!

I have had my W950i for half a day now and will explore more...

And yes I know RTFM and do a search, but an easy question !

I have some wmv music videos and am not sure how to play them.

I saved one to videos using the file manager and I know I need to update music,, but the new mwv does not appear...

Ay advice appreciated..!

I tried out a W950i today and noticed while playing music through the loud speaker, if the phone rings the music keeps playing and the phone makes a beep noise and vibrates... Is this right....??? The number was a withheld no...??? does that make a difference... i.e. if the number is in the phonebook does that make a difference???

Also while looking at the design of the phone I noticed that just uder the WALKMAN logo the phone has a line like its slightly indented there and right at the bottom there seems to be a faint line near the bottom edge from one side to the other... Can anyone shed any light on this please. This is only noticable in bright light.

THE STORE ONLY HAD 1 IN STOCK SO COULD NOT COMPARE

Help would be appreciated... as im considering purchasing this phone....

Cheers

Haven't tried the music playing call part - but I believe the lines that you can see under the walkman logo and at the bottom of the pad are where the soft squidgy (technical term!!) plastic covering over the keys join the solid outer frame of the phone.

I am having a prob with my 3G internet connection where I can connect to the net, view web pages - download my pop email... then for no reason, it falls over and the only way to carry on viewing web pages and downloading/sending emails is to restart it.

Small niggle mind, cuz I absolutely love this phone and wouldn't trade it for the world (unlike my awful n80!)
