Well... Samsung aint the cheapest phones either. The galaxy 2 will be more expensive than the play. That I can bet my right testicle on!

Recommended price for neo here in sweden is around 400euro, 550 for the arc. So not that expensive

have you compared the specs of galaxy s II to any xperia phone?
it is a true high-end device, which will demand a high-end price tag. just like the motorola atrix will, just like the LG optimus 2X is.

When the Galaxy S launched in Germany last June, its rrp was 649 €, too. I have to wait for the SII press release to give you the comparison...

whats the matter? truth hurts bro....
oh for what its worth i am gonna purchase the xperia play, even though i hate qualcomm/adreno, just for the gamepad. heres hoping that playstation certified kicks off well and more manufacturers will bring out their own certified phones.
only good thing
done is open the flood gates to hardware gaming controls. we can only hope others follow in their suite and bring better devices out.
