@tom- same here. i used my smart pre-paid when i was in bagiuo, sa sobrang BANGENEG ng gprs, napilitan na akong tumawag sa *888. well, sabi sakin ng csr
di raw yun (esato) kasama sa listahan ng sine-service-san nila
i ask her, ano lang meron, i ask for the list. then wala naman daw listahan.
sabi ko, nag-kape ka na ba? are u sure? are u 100% sure? may i know who am i talking to? biglang sabi ng CSR, wait sir, i nee to double check that. then pag balik nya, super apologetic na. di nya rin alam.pero ngayon ko lang sasabihin to, di rin ganun kabilis/kaganda gprs ng smart. better pa nga ata ang globe. kaya tama sabi ni ying, bili muna ako pre-paid, testing ko muna service nila
