I wish there would be more feedback on that issue, though. It can be quite frustrating to establish a px00-PC connection via BT with a "flawless" FW.
Totally agree with you mate
But until all these issues have been resolved and there are solid confirmations of what does and dosent work regarding the bluetooth i personally would not jump in head first only to be dissapointed that the cons outweigh the pros with this firmware flash
Also like i said in another thread its all well and dandy getting this flash done but if it comes to selling your phone then there are going to be some problems

Bluetooth is really messed up with this conversion. Sung from Global Mobility apparently can't get any BT connectivity between his converted P900 and PC's or Pocket PC's.
This conversion is definitely something for a select group of people who DON'T use BT, or can live with the small quirks the Jabra BT200/BT250 has with it.

Theres nothing illegal about this. The consumer can do what ever they want to their phones once they have bought it, as long as they are prepared to void their warrenty.

I was wondering if any of those who charge for the flashing, will be prepared to flash again for free, or at least only charge for the shipping, if it turns out that this edited p910 flash is a bit buggy, and an bugfixed flash file comes after a few months?

I suppose they already promised that. But I think the only issue they are htting is about BT. All else is working just fine.

@junk
Most of them promised to flash it back to p900 for free if you decide to do so in a month from conversion. All you'll have to pay are the shiping charges.

hahahaha! Right!
So I buy a laptop with windows 98. Its my laptop and all, then I get a Illegal copy of windows XP and put that on my laptop. Your telling me that is legal?
I could be very wrong. And if I am that means the copy of P910a that you are downloading, you have paid for this? or is it free.
I dont care, I break the law heaps of times, but I know when I do it.
Because if the operator can detect what operating system is making the call and what hardware and they report this, some of you guys could be in real SHI*!
but like I said, I could be very wong.

I don't think they should worry about operators. They probably don't care what FW people have on their phones as long as it allows them to make calls. After all there are a lot of people who flashed their motorolas v525 to v600 without problem.
@anlog and others
There are some who say they can connect to their PC's and others who say hey can't. If the latter was the case with me, would flashing back to p900 solve this problem or would I be stuck with nonworking Bt forever.
