semicon's client is the same as seus software... the phone might crash if you attempt to flash euro to asian or asian to euro.. you cannot blame semicon/sess/memo ex.. thats why they dont want to accept units that are not officially released.

i myself has flashed more than 5 k750i using davinci w/o any problem.. converted a k750 to w800 and even convert back from w800 to orig k750i

meaning, the da vinci program could flash euro Fw to asian unit and asian Fw to euro unit? the semicons client and SEUS cannot, that's why its risky using the latter programs? haaay buhay....
and i asked smart re: 3g, they would initially offer 3g to post paid only, eh naka-pre paid ako, post paid sa sun. kainis, maghintay pa ako kung mag-offer sila sa pre-paid.

I am not sure. I just saw my technician friend entered the site and browsed the flash files of CXCs (cruiser) under sony ericsson and sent it to his personal email and voila, he upgraded the sw of my SE T300. (from r1b to r1g001). Many languages to choose (EU,etc.) from.
On another note,quite disappointing with re to the the sw of my t300. When i bought it (SUN locked) and had it open lined, the sw was r1b with a major bug. When copying contacts from sim to phone, only the names were copied and not the default #s. Just imagine entering 250 contacts manualy! When browsing the esato forum, there were no problems encountered since when browsing a post, there was the MENU below (Go to post #, Last post in the thread, reply, etc.). Volume of polyphonics was quite low.
When I upgraded the sw to r1g001 (tried 2 sets of languages - APAC with tagalog,thai AND a EU with romania,russian), the bug I have mentioned above when it comes to copying sim contacts was solved. HOWEVER, when it comes to browsing a thread, the Menu options were GONE (Go to post, last post in thread, Reply, etc.). Only the PREVIOUS and NEXT options are present even if I press the More option. Just imagine if i am going to Follow a thread with 5000 POSTS and i going to start at Post #1. Also I have noticed that when using the R1B, there was never a Content WML splitter of a page. In the R1G, there's always a content splitter ("Content is too long,etc. especially if you deactivated the Show pictures option of the wap profile). Also I have noticed an increase in the volume of the polyphonic ringtones.
I guess, I just have to content with whatever sw that would suit my needs. Either the latest R1G001 or back to R1B.
