I can't objectively verify this. Maybe theres slight touch of magenta - but it is incredibly subtle I can't really take notice of it.

This is a stark contrast to the second photo which you can see that the colors are wrong and definitely the magenta is still there in the middle.

@5nak3

Yes there is a new firmware but it is yet to be released to the public. People with access to EMMA (SE service centre tools) can apparently get it already.
Like most people have been saying the green tint issue is really not so much of an issue anymore. It is still there but now it can mainly only be seen in bad lighting and on uniform colours. I am just wondering if they have made any further improvements for the camera.

HELLO PEOPLE, I A FROM SONYB ERICSSON DEVELOPER CENTRE-SWEDEN
As many of you people face this green tint problem, the SE group is sorry for the problem, its because of the CAMERA MODULE and y the green tint problem is much more complicated, so the only possible way to rectify is give it to sony ericsson service centre and change the camera module.
thank you.

I am sorry to say this. This is nonsense. I can tell you it is not due to faulty camera hardware module. Why? Go to service menu and test the bloody rear camera, do you see any green tint? No! Only when you use the camera in camera mode will the green tint appear.

Don't know how many of you noticed, there is not only the green tint problem, but also the pink tint problem. They are often seen together.

I see pretty notable green tint on test camera image.

probably it depends on firmware
