This looks like one of the original Ericsson concept phones fron when Symbian was formed around 2001/2002. At the time Ericsson were looking at 2 form factors: tablet and communicator. Having said that the picture is of an old prototype, there is a lot of interest in the communicator form factor so I would not surprised if SE release a new tablet and communicator device.

Right bets are on. I'm putting my money on a communicator format.
I don't know why I just think that with so much interest in the Pocket PC HTC unit (that every network and his cat seems to be rebranding) it looks like physical keyboards are the thing of the moment.
