Someone overhere who is very good in the german language? I can read that the R520 is not fully working. The first T39m is perfect. But the last T39 has the KN-bug problem.

I have a little problem here, I sent a R520m to the service center and they told me they couldn't upgrade the fw version, right now it has R1J, and there are chances that this phone is a proto, I took it to another place and they told me they'll try to upgrade it, but they also told me sometimes with prototypes upgrading the fw is not possible, do you guys knows something about this?
PS: I'm still not sure whether it is really a proto.

Hi VM, Check the IMEI. It is a prototype if it starts with 00. The service centres can not get it upgraded.

actually as i know, an upgrade should be possible, at least my friend did it sometimes, but it could depend on what kind of proto fw is on it.
