SO-02C is for Docomo (GSM) and IS11S is for au KDDI (CDMA).
And since the index is difference from Docomo's version of Arc (SO-01C), it could not be the CDMA version of Arc.
It should be another phone.

I'm definitely waiting for a SE 2011 flagship, because arc looks to me only as a mid/high end fashion phone and it's price reflects it(surprise, surprise). There is realy some space above this 425€ to be used by SE for a true 2011 specs. device.
