@3x to tell the truth, i tried already older ( for longer time not used batts, mainly bus and bsl ) and even they were packed, the performance wasnt the best.

yes, i did but i guess, i has also much to do in what kind of area will they be kept ( temp etc ) years long. but i might be wrong.

Just got a bit more info off the seller, the phones are from a storeroom clearout, so it sounds like they haven't been used!

I'll give the batteries on all of them a good charge, and see if they all still work after spending probably 2, 3, or even 4 or more years in storage!

I could be begging batteries off people in a few days time!

FYI there is currently two R250s at Tradera, one at current bid €78 (phone is still under warranty with 7 months left, small nick on Nr 9 key, otherwise mint *according to seller*
The other one is a brand new unit, currently at €88
(expect it to skyrocket the last 12 hours..)
