Ayush~ if you persist that you want Hutch to be accountable, if they are wrong.. do take some Seniors' contacts & talk to them. Else file a writ in a tribunal.
@Mrao~ that is just a f*ukin auto response Ayush has got IMO. I doubt WHO'S eyes land on Customer mails (assuming they aren't Auto Deleted)

It'll do nothing else other than give you a tabulated version of your usage and the amount charged per unit of usage....if they have deducted more than what the statement says, then you can demand a refund/credit......If the deduction is less than the amount on the statement....then well...
And if it tallies....they have deducted it already anyway
