Hey Meths u seem to know alot bout snakes...
Couple of years ago in the area I stay, it was full of snakes mainly Rinkals(type of cobra) and Puffadders!!! When I was younger we used to kill them
... with a garden spade, and chop them up!!!!
My question - Is it true that you have to burn a snake to kill it because the snake takes a pic of you with its eyes and your pic will be there till another snake comes along and sees who the killer is and then avenge his snake friends death????
So it better to just burn them??
Or is it just another urban legend???

@p900lover:Snakes live in a "vivarium" you can buy specialist ones, butr i just sterilized an old fish tank. All you need is a water bowl and a hide, and some sort of substrate. I'm using a cardboard box for the hide and newspaper as a substrate at the moment, i'm going to get some better looking stuff when i've got a bit more cash to spare, though it has to be said newspaper is excellent and fits the snakes needs perfectly well, it just isn't particularly pretty.
They pretty much look after themselves, they are one of the easiest animals around to look after - check out
