The phone was sent in the condition stated... the phone was in good hands never been treated badly.. so had a few scratches.. that could easily be fixed it isnt in a complete mess at all!!
As for bad mouthing Bondie_86 he was doing a favour for me... and we are not guilty, fact is this phone has been tampered with when you received it Coxy... so that is why you will not be getting a refund!! plus grassing me up to PayPal wont get you anywhere... they have emailed me and said it has nothing to do with them!!
