Right I got it today for those interested in the refurb section in apple
the goods came as new with no marks (few fingerprints) and all the usual bits (cd's, vga adapter, instructions, remote, powercables)
although the charger wasnt normally wrapped up it was as new with the funny wrap round the main part,
the remote was in as new condition but had been used
the cons of it was it didnt have a original new apple box but a plain cardboard one with loads of foam in,
and the 'D' key seems a bit iffy so far, although I think it will sort its self out with a bit of use (sometimes when you press it doesnt work but most of the time it does)
so far im loading all my old crap on there from my old mac using the transfere all documents settings and applications so im borrowing my mums lappy as I cant be asked to use my old powerbook lol
