I have this W800i but cannot seem to get any program which will cleanly rip my dvd's and convert them into an mp4 that will play on my phone. when i try to use that m3 program, i cannot click on the dvd option, and when i select all the dvd drive files manually, i get

at first a window saying Nero failed to decode an aac file

same again after 10 mins
same again
each time i had only choice of ok

next a window said m3 had encountered an error and was shutting down
reported error, some negotiating went on then all closed

Why do SE not have a standard program to do it?
Has anyone a program that is pretty sure to work?

the best program is M3, use the standard settings and you get the best converted movies.

for some reason it always shuts down with an error message when i try to convert a big (700MB) avi file. it only lets me to convert a little 47MB video..

but i think it cant be the size of the file the problem, because i got an error message when i tryed converting an other little one (40MB) :

Do you have to convert the whole film or can you convert just the scenes you want?
