This is almost three months late, but the w810i supports LC-AAC and HE-AAC... but NOT HE-AACv2. To properly encode AAC files for the w810i, use the -he profile switch in Nero. i.e. "neroaacenc.exe -q 0.15 -he -if [input] -of [output].m4a

w810i doesnt fully support he-aac though, i tried today even with the 64 aac+
it didnt sound as good as it would sound on the computer... lc-aac would be our choice then...
