thing is this isnt about £10 or even £50 is it.....? its no wonder people get funny about it when the person in question cannot be contacted for one reason or another.... im my opinion the seller should of notified all parties concerned that he was away, that way none of this would of happened.... and from whats been said intially by alec and luke i think they are quite within their rights to come here asking for help..... better to do this and try and sort it out other than going straight to the police me thinks.... or even going striaght round the sellers house
So fair play you two, i think what youve done here is the right thing. And if this is a problem with supplies, a good businessman will have enough to back any problems up (now i aint having a pop at teh seller) just stating that to simply say 'my supplier......' is not good enough, this is peoples livelyhoods......
Hopefully it'll all be sorted soon anyway

Yeah dont wanna butt in but i know in Lukes case its certainly a substantial amount of money, and brownlad should be trying as hard as possible to get the money back, the general feeling i get from brownlad too is that of being very laid back about the matter, dunno about anyone else but i certainly would'nt be like that knowing i owe somebody a shed load of cash, also why the heck did brownlad did not make sure the ipods would deffo be on there way before you paid.
Like i said not really my place to say just placing my thoughts on teh situation and hope its rectified asap as its brownlads reputation on the line and more importantly peoples har earned cash on the line

2. Luke, Alec and many other people put orders in with me and knew that i did not have physical stock of the items. This all went horribly wrong and i have also made a large loss on this deal.
3. I can do nothing at the moment, as i said, NOTHING, except for constantly trying to contact the supplier and recieve updates.
Luke and Alec, you both know i update you on what happens everyday. I recall someone on here saying that i take a relaxed approach to this situation :s . How would you know that? Just because i dont speak to you.
Hopefully this situation will be sorted soon and i dont see any reason to explain myself to members on here other than the involved.
Also, go to the police if you wish, they are there to deal with real crimes, ive tryed calling them for problems before and they told me to contact trading standards. Since no contracts or legal documents where signed by u 2, it will be of no help at all.
MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
