I would have to sign a 12 months contract so Im not too sure I would want to do that for an 8 hours job with the pay of something like 5.50, which means Im bound to work for them even if I find a better job dont think its worth it! But I'd definately work if I find a full-time weekend job somewhere local.

Have you got a car/scooter at all? If so, I'd go for the further away weekend jobs for now, I wouldn't be too picky or they'll just drop you and employ someone who will be willing to do that travelling or work those particular hours. It may cost you a bit more in petrol but it'll show you're committed to them, and they are more likely to be receptive towards your requests.
Edit: an oh yes, congratulations on being successful!

Depends how much you need the money I guess. If you can hang on for a while, it'd probably be best. I don't like the idea of 12 month contracts

I really dont need the money. It's not the money I want to work for I just wanna work for fun and what better place than to work for a mobile retailer but it really wouldnt be worth travellling 4/5 hours a day for an 8/15 hour job.
Plus I've gotta temporary 3 weeks job for Royal mail in december they're going to pay me £7 p/h so I could make something from there and yet leave myself a chance to work for orange till the end of January..
Im sure something would come up by then or not?

Ah, I'm guessing when you say the store's a distance away we're talking something like 100 miles, not 20! In that case see what you mean!
Have you tried the other networks for jobs also, or places like CPW or P4U?

I've calculated the time it'll take me to get to the place where I could start working rightway: it would take no less than 2:15 to get there and no less than 2 hours to get back and I'd be working somewhere aorund 8 hours on the weekend.. Really not worth it so I'll wait till something better comes up.
I've not been able to find a part-time job anywhere else, but Im looking.

Atleast you have that Royal Mail job to fall back on go for it
My old workplace says I can go back to work for them longterm after Xmas,
I did some work for them last week but they didn't think the job was rite for me and to avoid me hurting myself they just said so..
I truely regret going to Germany earlier this month the JobCentrePlus think im a bloomin foreigner, I was truely ready to have ago at them today if they said to me why have you been working
