Nokia is too huge for SE to challenge now as there are Samsung and Siemens which SE need to over come first.
The different in R&D personnel head count is already a huge different as Nokia is having all sorts of recruitment ad
on mechanical and electronics designer and we just didn't see any R&D recruitment from SE.
With this differences due to the economy enviroment I think SE need time to really get a bunch of killer phone out.
The most important thing for them is to get a few good product out first before moving ahead with a bunch of product with inconsistent quality.

I agree 100% with you. It might seem like Nokia is releasing alot of phones. But they are just the same phones with different designs. Nothing new..
And also the Nokia 3310 is the exact same phone as 3210 with a different design and a vibrator and some small software adjustments. Nokia 3xxx series are just really old technology (Excpet 3510i). All Nokia 33xx phones are just an old Nokia 3210.

I disagree,se are the best 4 fones at this point,nokia r no competition,se are inventive and well designed and most of all USER FRIENDLY! Nokia fail 2 miss these things,all there fones r pretty much the same features wise,se hav a gud line up of 3G fones,a very hard 2 beat company se are,a company make a fone,se piss all over it with their fantastic designs,nuff said

also, SE will be making his own cofin if he will go for TIT-FOR-TAT with nokia. japanese dont think that way. besides, nokia phones are same old dogs w/ different collars. ever heared of overproduction? its better to be the preferred phone rather than the best phone, beside, nokia´s are for kids. SE will last, it will slowly gain bigger market share and steady market base. guys, we just use the phone, they the one´s making it, i can say there are smarter than us! do you think they are just lying around?
