thanks, i dont see the dreaded touch thingys, and on a zoom of the image you can ever so slightly make out the button right of the joystick seems to be the real one rather than the Stop button on the fake ones...
I dont know why im worrying so much, just i'm very cautous of ebay

Your only problem is if it does go t up, you will only get back £150 instead of the full amount. But, the good news, until a little while ago, you might have got back £105 from ebay themselves, as Paypal would not cover anything and just gave you back to Ebay.
Make sure he sends it RMSD if you can. The other good news is that if it goes missing and he doesn't sent it recorded, Paypal will reimburse you as he has to prove you have signed for it.
Good luck with this, when I first looked at his feedback, I was worried, he has some negs and all car sales, but lets hope it goes okay!

should all go swimmingly.
ah asked him about what network it was an upgrade form and if it was locked to that network and he replied:
"Hi, yes the phone is on T-mobile, i am just waiting for the money to clear in my account, soon as the money has cleared i will post the phone the same day. i'll call you and keep you informed once i've posted the phone. Cheers"
so i guess you can't get a fake form a t-mobile upgrade lol

Correct me if I am wrong, but once he has been paid by Paypal, it should appear in his Paypal account. Why is he waiting for it to appear? If it has to be transferred from his Paypal account to his bank account, it can takes days and days.

I only wait for the transfer to my bank account when the buyer has an unconfirmed address

If your address is confirmed, he does not have to wait. You could be waiting days otherwise, sorry to say.

he's waiting for it to transfer to his bank as he is warey of paypal and, and in the U.K it takes 5-7 days max according to paypal, today was the first day so i guess as the saying goes: "good things come to those who wait".
and yes i realise i'm gonna have to wait days but if we didnt pay by paypal he wanted to use his debit card system which my mum wasnt happy with

Do you have a confirmed address and verified account as if you do i really dont see why he is waiting for it to go into his bank...... Most sellers just send the item when its in there paypal.....And i have never waited till its gone in my bank when selling...
