hanugro,
Have had a go at accessing the service menu and managed to display it, but unfortunately the "service settings" menu and USB option is not available on the k750i.
Sorry I thought we are talking K800 all along. Not paying attention that you got K750. Maybe someone with K750 can help you better. Also do you have any problem with c button on phone itself?

I had exactly the same problem, but it's with k790a. And here's how I got it to work:
I went into the C:\\Program Files\\Sony Ericsson\\Update Service\\setup\\drivers
and unzip the USBFlashDriver.
I then opened up device manager, and opened the usb driver section.
Then I took the battery out, put it back in. Then hold the c-button and plug the usb into the phone.
In device manager, I quickly select the sony flash device and then click the 'update driver' icon on top.
then select 'install from a list or specific location', then select 'Don't search, I'll choose the driver to install'.
Then click on 'Have disk' and navigate to the folder where you extracted the files, and select 'ggsemc.inf', then click next.
After installing it, I unplugged the usb connected to the phone, then I started up the Update service. Then after selecting the phone. Don't click continue.
Then I remove the battery and put it back in, hold the c-button, then plug the usb into the phone.
After like a second, I click continue on the update service, and it was able to detect the phone and start downloading updates.
