Thanks to all of you. One thing also, I just compared my k750 and a w850 in sound production through walkman phone in-ear phones, I think k750 sounded better and louder compared to the w850 when megabass is on. The bass eats up the higher pitch tones. Why is that so? Im afraid that k850 will sound just like w850 did.

Personally i would go for the W910 because K850 is just plain boring IMO.

W910 has larger Screen
W910 has advance motion Sensors according to Shake Control
W910 has much better build quality
w910 has a louder loudspeaker
W910 has Sense me feature + Walkman Player 3

K850 only have a crappy camera ....... even K800 in camera better than it

K850 is a Cybershot phone while W910 is a Walkman phone. taking cues from their model names alone would already gave away their outstanding features.

nonetheless, people would surely disagree with one another when it comes to similarities and/or differences with the two phones, in one way or another, since we all have experiences with different phones in a personal way -- that is, experience is a personal thing, it is relative for everyone. it can never be the same because every one of us is different.

based on their respective specifications, each model has its own outstanding features and such would be judged by the people who have either of the two models (or both of them, how lucky!).

from what i have so far read, K850 has a Media Player that equals that of the Walkman 3.0 series (in W960). although SE said its not a W and that its a K (thus, Cybershot!), its player boasts most of the features of the W (like MegaBass).

if one is after quality photos, one should choose the K850. if its music that one is after, then opt for the W910! or better yet, the W960...

just my thoughts...

What makes you say that?
IMO, K850 makes better pics than my K810.
And we all know that K810 produces a bit better colours than K800.

the k850 might not be the best 5.0 mp phone so far (so i've read that the n95 kicked his ass), but trust me, it takes way better pics that it;s previous models, k800/k810

Actually, in recent reviews, it's the other way around.
Also, have in mind that K850 is still in it's first firmware stage.

This is where I have to stop you..
In case you hadn't noticed, Sony Ericsson has been seperating their lines of phones into 2 major categories (of course there are others as well)

Walkman, and Cybershot Camera phones

The K850i is the CYBERSHOT flagship, no the flagship of sony ericsson's entire line of phones.

I have nothing against the k850i, but you cant go tell another use that the k850i is better just because it boasts a 5mp camera. Alot of other phones boast that as well. N95, LG Viewty, G600 etc..

Its all personal preference really. If one uses music more than anything, then it would make more sense to go with that.

Therefore, no phone is "better" than the other, rather, which phones is better SUITED to the user
